Celeste Learns (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your family’s privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Celeste Learns app and website.

Information We Collect

Celeste Learns is designed for young children and their parents or guardians. We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the service, including:

  • Account Information (such as email address) provided by a parent or guardian
  • Subscription Information processed through the app store associated with your device (such as Apple App Store or Google Play)
  • Basic Technical Information (such as device type and app performance data) to maintain functionality

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

How We Use Information

We use information only to:

  • Provide access to the Celeste Learns program
  • Manage subscriptions and customer support
  • Maintain and improve the app experience

We do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes.

Account Deletion

Users can delete their Celeste Learns account directly in the app by going to Account → Delete Account.

When an account is deleted, associated account data is deleted from Celeste Learns systems. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscription management and cancellation must be handled through the user’s app store subscription settings.

Some records may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or payment/subscription recordkeeping purposes.

Children’s Privacy

Celeste Learns is a child-directed educational program. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

All account creation and subscription actions must be completed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the app. These services only process data as necessary to support functionality and are required to protect your information.
